What shoe is about to drop? Crazy selloff, put options galore. Unreal if this is a leak. What a joke.
IMO - Aurobindo progress with generic Renvela caused the severely overdone selling (and a convenient way to buy at cheaper prices, ehem.) Long-term, Aurobindo generic success is a positive for Keryx, as the Auryxia presents differentiation, and someone is going to want that differentiation in their portfolio. Hello, Sanofi (or someone else).

Sense these conversations have been underway. Info holders know the players and timelines. Keryx mgmt needs to get on with things.

Maybe someone wants Auryxia standalone. Maybe they want to offer it along with generic Sevelamer. Differentiation plays well when everyone else is offering the same thing.

The Senior Leadership should be embarrassed! They have had years to make Keryx a formidable little Pharma Company primed for a buyout - but instead they have decided to allow themselves to become Corporate Welfare Recipients.
I know it will never happen, but I do wish a bigger company would just create a hostile take over of the stock and we can be done with this dog.
