Dude, don't fret. This week, there will be a sweet new font for the Jefferies' preso, followed by a large fart sound following the annual shareholder meeting. Execs and BoD still have plenty of shares to milk out of this ATM.
 






I hate to say it- but you are absolutely correct.

And even if Keryx gets to the 10-13 range- they will just issue more shares and devalue it- thinking they will be able to get a buy out / stock swap with a big player.

I just wish a hedge fund would say enough is enough!

And the shorts managed to find the one company that went nowhere while the entire market sprints ahead!

Generic Renvela approved in US. GM will act like it has no impact on Auryxia. Do think it makes Keryx more attractive to Sanofi now, though.

This POS stock is up .36 and just touched 7.11.

Still less than 1/2 of the high 3 years ago.

I wish some real drug company would just buy Keryx and be done with this crappy

And still trading under pre- supply disruption prices, while management and BoD continues to enrich themselves with $0 RSUs with every quarter that passes. Fire them all and replace them with field reps who at least can bring in some revenue. Not like this mgmt team is ever going to ink a meaningful partnership or buyout. Maybe their hedge fund daddies will eventually put an end to the gravy train and get this co. into competent hands.
 










































since we really started itching about the devalued stock price and pleading for SEC investigators to look into the Senior Leadership- the stock price goes up.

So I hope this post makes it skyrocket- please SEC- look into all of the people who have made money off of the shorts and look to see if there is a personal relationship to who has issued call options. And look at who all received a bolus of stock over the last few years.

Please SEC - dig deep.

SLT - sell this company now before investigators look at each of you.
