EKRA is a moronic attempt to penalize crooked TOX reps. It's going to fail miserably. The TOX reps, who are the main criminals when it comes to kickbacks, are the guys EKRA attempts to target. Unfortunately, the idiots who passed the law didn't realize 95% of lab reps aren't dirty and don't sell TOX. That's why this law will never go into effect.
