I may be dim witted, but at least I don't work for crtx. What a piece of shit company. Enjoy your $1 stock price; you aren't long for this world :)

If you do work in Pharma it's probably selling a me too product to primary care, checking the box, getting a signature, and meeting with your pod mates. Now that's what I call challenging.

Hahaha, I have to admit you hit the nail on the head. But guess what asshole? I get paid a shit load of money, have job security, and have a stable company. It may not be "challenging", but I ask you, who is the stupid one???

:):):)

How much do they pay for a rep with 3 years experience to shlep a computer around and get signatures? And how easy is it to replace that rep with a young co-ed? And what do you tell your little boy when he asks "Daddy, what do you do?" I'll bet it goes something like this...

"Well, son, Daddy goes into doctor offices and asks the lady behind the desk (who just got her GED) if she'd be so kind as to let me check samples. Then when she says "What do you got" Daddy tells her and she goes back and checks to see if they "needs any of that stuff" today. Then, if they do, Daddy gets his computer ready so the nice lady with a GED can take it back for the doctor to sign. After that Daddy stacks up sample boxes on the nice lady's counter and leaves. Sometimes Daddy meets with his team mates, they're really cute and some used to be cheerleaders just last year."

To you it probably is a "shitload" of money, but I know it's not as much as I make. And you can keep living a dream that you work for a "stable" company with "security" like Pfizer or GSK maybe? Get a clue, asshole.

If you are still in pharma...dont fool yourself into thinking you have a secure position. Let me guess...you are depending on social security to help with your retirement as well....

Ouch, sounds like I hit a nerve with those last couple of posts. What's the matter? Truth hurts, doesn't it?

Just for your information (and I know this burns you up) I make more at my current job than I did at crtx. Significantly more. Better bonus structure too. And my particular sales force hasn't had layoffs for the past 5 years. I do work in a POD, but so what? I suppose that makes you "better" than us...keep telling yourself how you are the best salesperson in the world. Hopefully that will feed your family when this company goes belly up and you are riding the unemployment line. Me? I'm all about the bottom line. If I can get the same result working within a team environment, I'm all for it. Work smarter, not harder :)

Teams are for pussys who can do it on their own; hide behind the pod for security if you must. There are no specialty jobs that work in pods, only primary care sales forces that require teams to shore up what skills the others lacks. Do you bring a team along to bedroom, too?

Didn't hit a nerve with me....I'm haven't been with crtx fir a while. I do check the boards every once in a while though. Good for you though..sounds like you are in a good place...I dont really get why you come here and rip the people that are still at crtx. Maybe the company will go under and they will get laid off....would that somehow make you happy? I understand you may be bitter towards the company, but why towards your fellow sales reps? We could all very easily end up on the unemployment line with a few strokes of bad luck. Judging from you posts...i would guess that you are an ass that most people cant stand to be around. What kind of person takes pleasure in the misfortune of others? I sincerely hope all the poeple at crtx make it a success, and if they dont, end up in better places. By the way...as the larger companies(pfizer, gsk, astra...) lay off because they know they have hired too many reps (pods) be prepared for the other companies to follow. Your sense of security is false..5 years no layoffs...you are immature and naive.

Attention potential buyers:

Don't buy the Titanic! Why would you want to buy a money pit? Listen to the title of this immortal post, "Stay away from this piece of shit company".

Glad it's happening to them. Talk about karma paybacks :)
