Here's the deal, I should be starting grad school next fall and am looking for a job until then. So no need to tell me to runaway, I don't plan on staying. Will be interviewing with AZ, what is the general base salary for the bottom level Sales Specialist.

Depends on market, but generally $52,000.

Depends what Career Ladder you come in at. We only hire at Levels 1-3 starting out. Minimum base is 52k and maximum is 107k. Good luck!

If you are right out of college then you get a base of somewhere in the 50's and be brought in as a career ladder 1, don't ask questions about the career ladder, you will learn more if you get the job. You bonus structure will be 16k on top of the 50k plus you make. So you will prolly make around 70k in cash. You get a allowance for your cell phone, they pay high speed Internet bill, company car, company gas, company computer and great healthcare benefits. Also why leave AZ to get your masters. AZ will pay 10k a year for your masters. Just saying.

Just FYI, I believe AZ just reduced the tuition reimbursement to $3000 per year.

Took me a bit longer b/c I got it from a more prestigious university vs an online deal but its well worth it. I am currently interviewing for more advanced roles outside the company and I know my education has helped me in the process.

Yep it's a MBA, but the education Let me dabble in other fields as well such as fianance etc.. Made me more well rounded and have a better understanding of the overall processes in a company and as a manager. Loved learning the info, I was a chemistry major our of college. Has helped me tremendously
