We are paid a pretty good amount to go out there and make it happen, if we can. It isn't easy or everybody could do it. We CAN effect these things. There are methods and procedures that work.
Personally, I love this. I get paid to do something that I enjoin many ways.

Shouldn't that be "We can AFFECT these things" and not "We can EFFECT these things"? Trust me if SAC was grading your post, she would give you an "F" and you would deserve it!!
 






It would be a different story if we had time to make it happen. Crazy starting goals, can tell these are newbies (SC, Sanjeev) who have never launched a CII before. Target data is old. Many issues to overcome. I'm trying my best, it's just going to take longer to see the momentum.

Doing something you love is great, but not qualifying for your bonus because the goals are totally unrealistic is demoralizing and unmotivating. I can't afford to live off my base salary alone, and I doubt most people here can. In my entire pharma career--even in the worst of the recession--I have never had such unrealistic goals and not received a bonus. Everyone knows that the best salespeople are motivated by money, and when you know that you aren't going to get any of that money, you lose your enthusiasm.

I will have a LOT of respect for MNK, and trust, if they change the goals to make them realistic, so we get a bonus for this quarter.

Goals are horrible and unattainable.
I am already behind 80 Rx for the quarter!!1 Many territories do not even have one! Rx!

noone has ill will towards her at all. we just want her to find more suitable employment so we can stop looking for other jobs and focus on selling xxr.

managing to her lists really takes us out of the field so much. we just want to sell, she won't allow that.

They knew what was going on and that all The new execs were hired to do was replace Ron and Jamie show a small uptick in sales, see us through the launch, eliminate the novo lawsuit by expanding the brand;hence, 2%. Increase the potential of finding a buyer, through M&A then sell the whole thing to the highest bidder. Just stop entering calls period in fact don't go to work at all deposit your check forget bonus those days are over All of the executives will make huge bank. They will get an astronomical bonus. They are not bringing the heat for the future of our company it's to make the company look better to sell! We get shit. shit now, shit then and shit later. Get out now.

how many more signs do we need? just the simple fact that as every mnk rep leaves they are replaced with an Inventiv person. Not even the biggest KOOL AID drinkers can explain that.
