Anyone else noticing that we don't get as much time with specialists as in the past? Do you think the Primary Care access issues will come to impact SP reps as well?

The reason access is declining is because reps are worthless, don't know their ass from a hole in the ground and outside your stupid "marketing messages" have no idea about actually treating patients. That is ALL reps, PCP or specialty.

Specialists are only lunch takers. They have no place calling on people in which they could be talked under the bus.
 






















































Swear it (counting Pinnacle Equivalents before Pinnacle began) Pinnacle is not even 17 years old....17 time trip winner( and not that lame "runner up" weekend junk Squibb had...) I mean top winner trip....known as Pinnacle for the last 12 plus years!

I'm calling shenanigans on this BS. If you were a 17 time pinnacle winner, you could have written your own ticket to any other industry and been making 250-300K. And you're telling us you sat around pulling down half that (at best)? Sorry, I'm just buying it.

There is NO REP in this industry that should be making this kind of money. This is why you are going to get fired because they can replace you at 1/3 of this cost. This is why reps are being looked at closely because we are overpaid. This job is not worth that kind of money, I don't care what BS "access" you think you have. You probably work 10-2 so get real, you are WAY overpaid (if indeed you are actually making this.) Specialists are a joke...you do the same thing that everyone else does, sample, get sigs and do lunches. Look at the Abbott board, they are getting ready to let go THOUSANDS of overpaid sales reps. The same is going to happen here at BMS....guaranteed
