South Florida Div is a joke

Sounds like maybe you just suck and they're looking for a reason to fire you or build documentation against you. I work in South FL and have never been asked anything of the sort.
 






























Well I can't wait to head to our launch!!!! Can't wait to see all of the new faces and how many people our mgr's have run out of town this time. Gonna be hard to pack for a week of bs and prepping for a drug our docs already think is crap. It should be easy for our fearless leaders!!!! Let's see camera .....for one mgr to take annoying photo's, baby seat and fake smile for the midget...wife and husband duo add absolutely nothing, miami..well I just hope he's on time and makes the flight, and our amazing specialty mgr......a pitchfork and the look of fear he likes to strike in reps if you don't agree with him. This meeting should be filled with the same mindless banter I have seen over the years. I just hope they can keep the alcohol flowing while I watch my fellow reps kiss up to the dm's just so they can keep their jobs when we have layoffs next year!!! See ya there!!!
 






Bring on the bullshit pep talks. I cant wait to hear what our pathetic "LEADERSHIP" team has to say. Who wants to role play. Who wants to do round robin. Give me a fucking break. I'll be at the bar.
 


















Just fyi going forward....all meetings will be byob thanks to a hobbit in our division!!! Got love it that our 20 yr vet came to his aid and saved him but runied our future chances of getting bombed. It doesn't matter to his reputation since he has sniffed president's club since reagan was in office. If my midget dm was given the decision I would be gone even though I hold his hand so he gets in free at chuckie cheese!!!

Memo to my dm please stop asking me what our specialty rep is doing. First I don't know and second asked that fat know it all who hired her. I don't care since he doesn't but I won't go against him since he seems to scare the other dm's.
