With the amount of people let go yesterday, there is no way primary care can get smaller.

On another thread "AZ values...." the discussion is about how abhorrent AZ is having reps go into the field during another spike in COVID. These people crack me up. We just have a layoff where some very good people were let go. RST remains untouched (like they are the chosen ones). Anyway, now people are bitching about going back in the field.
So, to the OP of this thread, my response is, it wouldn't surprise me in the least. This next time though look to RST. Lots and lots of dead wood there.
Self identify is soooo 2012!sweeten the offer to self identify and they will have more than enough
I heard a similar conversation too. Not from HR but in one meeting my Manager said something on those lines. More layoffs are comingSome layoffs restructuring now, more Q1/2021. HR friend said

If VPs tell the truth then we wouldn't have been in this situation. Oncology works different than rest of US BBUIn speaking to my manager and a letter sent to oncology our VP assured us that we are not downsizing but expanding in 2021.
Yes, Oncology does work/not work differently. There has been zero access here for years. I’ve been in oncology for for years. Basically if I do get an appointment which is rare I will invite my teammates. On average I work approximately 10 hours per week. Yes, that was prior to Covid. I just simply leave literature for the healthcare providers. It is a huge paying job with little to no satisfaction. One big fat lie daily.
