Immunology ?? Every leader that has been close to our failure to compete against Skyrizi should be fired. They talk a strong game in our GOC reviews but have no clue how to win against competition - all BSDisgusting what is happening in US oncology. We have been left with leaders with no connection to their own teams or even the ability to connect if they wanted to! Both in Heme and Solid we are left with a pair of aliens as leaders but both who are loved by Jennifer
This company will be losing on many fronts and oncology risks becoming like immunology where we cannot compete.
You probably did not drink the kool aid before. She was at her best, motivating and rallying the forces to be at their best.Who listened to BN at the town hall? Talk about motivating a workforce. Such a pathetic performance .

Are you kidding? Do you work in oncology? The only effect of this kind of friendliness is severe inefficiency and miscommunication, because people are afraid to speak their minds in public and therefore resolve things in private meetings and hallway conversations/team chats. Not to mention all the backstabbing. The only way anybody would LOVE the "friendly" culture is a) you are new to the company/team b) you team is not in any critical path for the business c) you are just not in the knowI love the oncology culture here at J&J
Yes we are a little less aggressive than other companies but at least we are friendly to each other
