This is funny! Liposcience was paying New Reps 65k for the past year. SME's make more than that. "What you are worth"?? That's a riot cause even Lipo didn't think the sales Reps were worth much. From the mouths of Directors and HR leadership they all admitted that turnover was going to happen to bring in lower skilled and lower paid replacements to march out with their naive messaging that had no basis in the reality of the sale. Some of the best Reps that Lipo ever had came from LabCorp if you remember. The Lipo of the last year was a shell of its former self. Reps were devalued, managers were ignored and ran off, and replacements were freaking copy machine sales guys! Clinical value? These guys couldn't tell you spit about how to clinically manage a patient with elevated LDLP or why it was important, but they could help you with that unfortunate jam in the machine on the third floor. Great work Ken, Phil, and Lee. You guys ran a world class organization during your tenure...............into the ground!

Lets hope that Lisa Prov and Lou join Ken on that couch as well. Those tards were a big part of this crew of know nothings in house who basically just engineered the destruction of a good organization over this last year. Nice job idiots! All of the lies that you told and all of the back room low handed deals you made have paid off in spades!!!!
