I don't think Labcorp can afford to keep us on for what we are worth and truth is there are jobs out there who will pay us our 80k per year; it may be pharma, and it may be easy for us but it may be worth a look. I don't think Labcorp can afford to keep us with the idiotoc team of KAEs they have across the nation. No wonder they lose so much business. They cannot retain because they are idiots with no training.
why do we need to bash each other? We all believed in a product, in a company and in our lab partners. So what?? Don't compare one territory to another. Just focus on your new career and can't we all wish each other the best as we move forward? Why the hostility?

Kae's do what they are paid to do.. Service , upsell amd maintain accounts from being taken away. Its mainly a service role . It's not even comparing apples to apples .. Sme's do the hunting and selling.. I wouldnt work with you because you people were snakes and tried steering business away from labcorp.. The reason kae's probably didnt want to work with you is because their the ones that have to deal with the mess uou leave behind with billing. Your comp plan is different and again kae's have plenty of tests to upsell and alot of tomes more pressing issues than working with your one trick pony test.. Get a grip dude, your test didn't cure cancer nor did it do much on wall street.. You were lucky to get bought..either way you would have been witjout a job and nobody cares about the wonderful opportunities you have ahead of you..

I could sell one test all day long not caring what lab gets the specimen as long as the doctor ordered it.. No billing to worry about.. Tough work right there.. You are a pharma rep with no samples.. Get the doc to write the script, the patient chooses the pharmacy and you get credit.. Its basically the same thing and pharma reps are considered the joke of medical sales.. You could sell one test all day long? Do you know what causes CVS, what is metabolic syndrome, do you know what the risk factors are? Do you know the ratio on patients with low / at foal LDL-C values who still go on to suffer from a hear attack and stroke? Do you know why a patient has high trigs and low LDL-C? Do you understand ApoB? LpA? Do you understand the disease state? Do you know how to sell against VAP and particle size? Do you know how to sell against the old fashioned guidelines????? what kind of training did Lapcorp provide you for you 10000 tests???? ha amazing! I'm a specialist. Labcorp doesnt need you.. They already have specialists they will train.. I doubt abybody from liposcience will be retained.. BTW- take a down a notch, you sold ONE test!
No way in HELL will LAB CORP retain any reps or mangers everyone is out EVERYONE . They WILL NOT keep reps with 1 test end of story polish up your resumes it's over PERIOD !

I hope you realize that you are and not worth 150 + to sell this test.. When you got hired liposcience compensated the way they did to lead the company towards one path.. (Being purchased)... It was a great situation to fall into but now you havean inflated worth of yourself. The company used you to get generate buzz about the test.. When they generated enough interest for a purchase they bailed on you.. If you dont know this then you are a moron.. Now that a large lab purchased this ONE test, they dont need to overpay for your services. Labcorp has many other profitable tests and business lines to worry about.. This is a small offering in vast array of testing.. Not sure you quite underatand how a national lab works but thats how it is
Lab Corp does not care if you made 10 bucks an hr . They will take zero reps/mgrs from Lipo they don't want to incur any expense beyond buying Lipo.
