SoCal insanity

Hey CS, thanks for the 1000 voicemails letting us know who has gone big. Now let's talk about who's going home:
1. A couple of specialty reps
2. Half (if not all of the south bay)
3. A manager (AS)

Great turnover everybody! Those managers back in Commack have all the job security in the world with SoCal sending them fresh meat every hiring period. Let's keep up the good work and continue to piss away training dollars on people who will be put on extended training probation and eventually let go 6 months after they are hired.

Go big!!!

It makes me sad to see what CS has turned into over the past few years. I could never respect anyone that treats people the way he does. I know he'll probably read this and my guess is he'll think "I don't care if they respect me, put up or shut up". I'd like to think I'm wrong but there's nothing at this point to show that he cares the slightest bit about anyone that works and struggles to do everything they can to get good numbers. It doesn't have to be you versus us, everything doesn't have to be a battle or dictatorship. Please think about how hard everyone out there is working and stop telling yourself we are all f*ck ups. If you could somehow get on the show undercover boss and see how we really feel and how hard we're trying and how demotivated we are I really think it would made you take a different approach, or at least I guess I hope it would

I am not on the retail side but hear its just as bad if not worse than the institutional side. Having come from other big pharma companies i used to think they were all the same. But that couldnt be further from the truth. Forest is a terrible company from a management perspective. Look elsewhere, any place is better than this organization!!

He is also all about being a cheater and looking the other way until THE REP gets busted. How many compliance issued warnings are on the clock here? Many of these are due to managerial direction on what's okay. When the rep gets busted by compliance, the manager wipes their nose clean and gives them the letter. They should have to sign a notarized document that they were 100% unaware of these activities. All this stuff is going to BLOW up and people are going to go to JAIL. What's done is done, you can't change it now. There is plenty of proof that can't be hidden about LA. Why do they always do well, skill? Hahahahahaha

What are you talking about? Lots of expense warnings but not criminal or they wouldve been fired. Quid pro quos? Speakers?

Here we go again. The only division in SoCal to go to President's Club is missing 3 reps in 2 weeks. First, the Beverly Hills Rep quits and throws away a free trip for 2 to Rome. Then the female Rep from Downtown LA quits. Then the Pasadena Rep gets "let go" from extended probation. What a bloodbath!!

What is the deal with AB and RG? Seems like these two make their reps lives miserable. I heard the downtown LA Rep was a good rep. The Pasadena Rep prob got fired out of spite. But the bev hills Rep, #1 in the country quitting... that takes the cake!

3 people in 2 weeks - I'll bet CS doesn't even bat an eye. Burn em out, then ship em off - that's the manager version of "going big, and bringing it home"

It's not AB and RG directly, it comes from CS. There's a hit list of all the reps he'd like to can.

Every time I hop on CF and read this crap it makes me so glad I was finally able to leave CS's hell. It's so refreshing to work for a company that actually understands how to motivate its' reps.

It's funny how once this BadAd came out, CS stopped leaving daily voicemails to the region about how Daliresp is going to give patients the opportunity to "breath better"

I wonder what it will take for him to stop leaving vm before meetings telling us we aren't allowed to use the restroom except for the scheduled breaks? He's a piece of work.
