It's clear we all have to go off the script and its not okay to use our skill, gut, or experience on our calls. What do we know? Why should anything we think be relevant when scripted message is so effective. That must be what they do in Louisiana and in area 5. DARN if we could just get a copy of area 5s scripted message ......we would be number one! Oh, excuse me, I meant "poa". If we follow the script are we still accountable for our results 100% even though we can't use our selling skills or instinct? Are we not supposed to know that the reported numbers aren't accurate and 10 rxs can mean the difference between incompetence and brilliance? The definition of insanity should be changed to Sweeney.
 






I worked at Forest and a company prior and I shall say that the coroporate culture at Forest is horrible. 3 product calls per detail and using sales aid on every call is unheard of in the industry. With 10 scripts +/- which equates to hero/bastard how can a company judge a rep/person soley on numbers? It's all BS, i wish all good luck and get the hell out. So glad to I left my BABYSITTER
 






CS is such a crazy douche bag. He is the worst RM ever, and all of his incompetent, inexperienced, micro- divisional managers are a reflection of what a clueless idiot he is. I can't wait till he gets slapped with a lawsuit for the harassment, favoritism, and nepotism he has ruined the region with.

SoCal is insane! Apparently the leadership thinks there is some formula or script that wil take them to the top, gag me! It doesn't work that way. Try supporting and appreciating the talent you have instead of trying to program a bunch of dumbass robots.

Sweeney used to let his DM's run their business...they went to PC. Now he is content with running WAS reports, tracking gas receipts, and pulling time stamps. Talk about insanity...take what works perfect and then change it to what kills and demotivates reps, while finishing last every year. Definition of insanity?????? You tell me.
 






It's really simple we all know the forest game. We either stick around and complain or wise up and move on to another company for more money. Don't believe all of the forest brainwashing. You can do much better out there with another company and get paid what you're worth while getting more respect as well.
 






She, like most SoCal managers, do not have the ability to make their reps better or to inspire them to do their best for them. Most of the reps want to win for themselves, but would rather their managers tank or, at best, don't give a damn about them. That says A LOT, and nothing good. Of the approximately 10 managers, JH and AB are the only ones who can truly say their reps want to give their best for them-at least most of the time. CM, DM, and CC have SOME ability and sincerity. Good numbers don't equal good manager. Reps are working the voucher system all day, working the pharmacists, and leveraging their speakers for rxs. Is it wrong? Not necessarily, but is it a measure of management or rep impact?
 






I get that they want to please Chris but there are ten of them plus the rsts all doing the same yes sir may I please have another routine. As long as this is the case nothing will change.
 






























The busier they keep us with busy work and other BS they know we are less likely to have time to look around for a better job. And they know their are plenty more out there for good reps.

Yes, and it's really pathetic. CS acts like he respects the input and opinions of the managers then dismisses all their ideas in favor of his and tells them why, then they say "yes, you are so right you know best you are a genius, I am so dumb for even thinking I had a better idea" then it goes to the reps and they do the same thing because they see that anyone who doesn't is out. When one of the reps shows some resistance, instead of anybody standing up for them the manager takes it to CS like a dog with a bone and get to tell him he has a bad egg which they know he loves and then they get to have extra time with him to hear how to turn this traitor's life into a living hell. Howard would be so proud.
