So, where's the gratitude?

I don’t know this Denise person but I have seen many insecure, and self serving pharma managers. It’s a common trait for those type managers to surround themselves with weak reps who they know will follow them.

Our illustrious leader KG said it.

“People gave me chances and opportunities that, on paper, I shouldn’t have deserved,” said Kevin. “That’s what I do at UCSB and Neurocrine: give kids opportunities.”

Hiring incompetence into positions which never could have earned ensures loyalty and "flexible morality".

Am I right Dick?

Who said it?

And you're only looking at sales.
How do you think it's going in discovery, non-clin, chem & formulation dev, clin dev, supply chain regulatory, and Quality Asdurance?

Haven't several QA folks left (including VP) - what's that tell you about where quality is prioritized?

Originally launching only 40 mg suggests time ran out and clowns had pants down. Months later (1 yr?) patients catch a break when 80 stumbles out. Next big change is retiring the original 40, further proof it was never ready for prime time.

The disfunction runs deep. If you were around when share price was 4, 20, or even 50 you've seen a pay day assuming you didn't sell it all off as soon as you saw a slight increase. Money is exciting until you have enough. Of course more is better, but do you want to work someplace where everyone is just in it for the money? No wonder the culture is "unique".

There's going to be a long slog for years before any there's a possibility of any positive momentum. If you're working with great people, or you're really jazzed about the lives you've improving, then that's tolerable, maybe even an opportunity to pay your dues and take a big step up in the future.. If it's a long slog where your manager (on up to C-suite) doesn't respect you, why would you waste your life that way?

Kremlinesk managment - autocratic and authoritarian

I’m grateful of working here. It’s too damn easy and nobody cares. I’m chilling the first week of the new year on the company dime. I’ll gradually get back into working a few days next week. I’m very grateful.

Nobody here really makes a difference anyways. Let's see what's in store for 2023, i.e. formulary wins, pharmacy relations, Medicaid/Medicare coverage, goals set too high/too low, territory geography size, you get the picture. Same old same old every year in pharma.

Similar to hairy legs. Very unattractive look.

I have been reading all these posts for some time and haven't chimed in, but this is where I must draw the line. As a very successful Neurocrine rep that takes great pride in my legs, I for one tend not to shave my long beautiful legs as much in the winter due to not having to wear skirts as much in the colder months. The added benefit of my soft stubble adds much pleasure to my husband under the sheets at night when I rub up against his glorious long member. Enough with the ridiculous posts already.

Please the opener I’ve been reading these posts for awhile and have not chimed in is 100% the work of a moronic troll who is all over these boards. Loser
