So many openings - why?

Joe and Ross are deplorable, the worst I have ever seen. Joe actually created a contest last quarter to see how many fake daily calls we could enter. Ross has not once visited a regional group, sits behind his computer all day in Atlanta, barking orders for everyone to input their daily calls. Everyone has quit over this micromanaging daily call input crap.Get ready, it will be 8 daily calls you will need to fake next month!! :)
 






Call expectations are out of touch with reality. The entire sales force is being forced to enter fake calls to check Joe’s box. Unrealistic call volumes. This is pushing reps to quit. Stop making us lie about call volumes and actually learn the business. This is not a Pharma company.

Do you think Joe know’s how far off his request of 7-8 calls a day is? I don’t he understands the difference between Pharma and Medical. Not even the top reps are able to make 6,7 or even 8 calls every single day. It is impossible. What Joe is getting is lies. We are all being encouraged to lie.
 






This is the level of micromanaging that is necessary when the primary qualification for hiring sales reps at Convatec is a pulse. Wake up- you’re with a bottom of the barrel company. What do you expect?? This is not exactly a sought after company to work for…
