One of the managed markets people in California gave her notice last week. That make 4 managed markets people who have now quit in the past year. What is going on in managed markets causing all of them to quit?

Ya. She quit last week and went to where the gal form Iowa quit to go to. Heard they are trying to recruit additional managed markets directors to go over to that company. We have had a lot of the managed markets directors quit recently. Probably more to come. A lot of people quitting. Two TBM"s here in California quit just before our CA managed markets director quit. Where did the managed markets director out of Georgia who quit in February go to?

SM got what amounted to a promotion as the East MM Field Director level at Sunovion. The one out West had a leader she couldnt work for. She left for a Pain company, same position. The 2 TBMs out West - one went to an oncology position, the other left pharma to work for a health system. Hope that helps.

I can't wait to give my notice in the very near future. I'm just ironing out a couple of things with my offer from my new company. It was a fun year, but this just aint what I signed on for. All the administrative stuff, mandatory week long meetings and then gettin only half or the RSU's I was promised during my interviews. Well that was just enough to push me over the edge.
