"Years to come"? Try, FOREVER.Add to that the options they gave that are totally worthless and will be for years to come.

So spill the beans already won't ya? Which managed markets person be quitting soon? Two more TBM's quit this week. I think both were California based. Heard one going to Lundbeck and the other to another small pharma. I don't know why so many are leaving in managed markets. I have heard the one in my area has received an offer and will be quitting soon but that's just the rumor I heard. If true it will happen by end of month.
2 gone in the West....buh bye
I am thanking the lord Jesus I never got a call back from this company. I submitted my resume for a director level sales leadership position. From speaking to people combined with some of these consistent comments this sounds like it was a huge disappointment with many of the "perks" to entice qualified people here did not become true. Not to mention the lack of success with the products. Hang in there and keep doing your best. There are companies out there looking for good character people. I landed with a small startup and was bought out by big pharma shortly after signing on. Hit the jackpot with the equity. Everything happens for a reason!

Cast off's from Sinovion, hahaThanks Melissa!
One of the managed markets people in California gave her notice last week. That make 4 managed markets people who have now quit in the past year. What is going on in managed markets causing all of them to quit?So spill the beans already won't ya? Which managed markets person be quitting soon?

Where is this coming from? Our company is great! Top notch leaders, great Dbls and reps. I'm doing well and above goal. Launches take time. Especially in this complicated marketplace. If you are too eager you come off desperate. In a world of apathy and many who have lost hope, it takes time to trust in a product that actually does what the studies demonstrate it does. That's it! My docs see through the fluff of other products and are giving AL a fair shot! Period. They love the results from their patients. Trust in the product, our leaders, and remember why you came here. Avoid naysayers they are just looking to Stir the pot. A lot interviewed and you were chosen because our company knew this would not be easy. Sales is tough and when you are not the first market entrant it takes even more grit to withstand the pessimism. Alkermes is pure and true; a far cry from the "reputable" big Pharma company I came from. No regrets and I thank the lord every day for this opportunity.
Yup. She did. Quit with barely any notice. That is the 4th to quit since November. Considering there are only 26 of them total that's a heck of a lot of turnover. What is making so many of them quit? One of the managed markets people in California gave her notice last week. That make 4 managed markets people who have now quit in the past year.
