In yet another classic display of total disconnection from the field...
Why in the hell would you tell hundreds of people about to lose their job that you are so proud that your daughter will now be working for NNI?
(with a significant amount of job security insulated by nepotism)

Unf*#king believable! We’re all waiting on baited breath to hear if we are going to be impacted or employed in the next few weeks BUT we should be proud that Blondine’s daughter is now part of the NovoNordisk family. Absolute BS at its best! No sensitivity at all!!!
“Isn’t that a conflict of interest “didn’t we sign some paperwork related to that?

How long should she be in mourning before she can be excited for her daughter? I know knuckleheads like you like to posture and tell everyone how they should feel and act during times like these, so I’d love your feedback on when a mom can be happy that her daughter got a job.

If there are any other subjects that we can’t discuss, please go ahead and get them out there. We’d hate to upset your solemn demeanor by talking about things that matter to us without running it past you first, dick face.

From the perimeter here:
It’s called common sense - don’t talk about it in the midst of major layoffs.
And by the way, the ‘situation’ there is not what it appears to be. I’ll be kind here and simply say there’s no way she would have gotten that job without the push from a CVP in the US who also was a VP in global (CPH).
And Gawd forbid if it was a white guy that got their son a job. Hmmm

When can she be excited about her daughter? Immediately. She can be excited about her daughter immediately.

You know how many other people on that call are excited about her daughter? Not one god damn person.

So....don’t mention it. Have a nice family get together & celebrate it. On the US call about impending layoffs....talk about US layoffs and nothing else, because nothing else matters.

You’re absolutely right.

Thanks, member of ET for your comment to reinforce the disconnect in OP. Of course you can be proud of your kid! You can also have some common sense!! Read. The. Freaking. Room.
