The way the system is setup, you only need kae's, sde's and the sme title should be changed to insurance liason. Absolutely no selling going on when the managed care reps are the one securing deals. Most offices jist go with a lab that will either adjust bills or with the lab that accepts the most plans in an area. The sme is a waste of position with the way the game is setup now, all u need is a photocopied sheet that says insurance x y and z is preferred with labcorp.

So true. Sell your ass off but suffer the unexplained adjustments or sit on your ass and reap the benefits of others hard work. Total joke. Give them what they deserve....two hours per day Monday-Thursday. God forbid you suggest something or point out an issue. Sssshhhh......corporate would not like that. I wonder if the % they pay off will drop again in 2016. Here is an idea.....how about paying off of Call In. How about removing all the KAE accounts from my book and get rid of all the fluctuating dentists and home health accounts. Let me sell. I'm not a service rep. Wake up!!!!!!! Oh well should be about 75 degrees today. Off to the links!

Geeez, who’s the pussy now? Quit whining and go on some interviews. My guess is you’re afraid to interview because your numbers suck. And your numbers suck because you’re lazy and blame everyone else for your failures. So your only recourse is to whine, complain (by the way, please look up the definition of “complain”) and drone on about your shortcomings. Your only hope is to look into any opportunities outside of sales – provided any hiring manager is not too annoyed by you.

Glug glug glug...........how's the Cool Aide? If his/her numbers suck it has nothing to do with his/her performance. The reps that stick around here are the ones that have no balls. How can anybody with talent justify being here?

Well said. Ask around about labcorp's reputation and the answers speak for themselves. General consensus i got when i left, after asking many physicians - was labcorp is cheap and has shotty service. They said run for the hills. Doctors are pretty well educated so dont take my word for it. Ask around - Nurses, docs, etc. most will tell u, they are forced to use labcorp in most situations and if given the choice it would not be there first, second or third choice.

What a douche... Of course i asked docs and nurses that had nothing to do with me in different offices.. Maybe its LABCORP. Its ok, you're in denial. Good luck

Try asking unbiased offices who dont know u and see what their response is regarding labcorp. You will then get the truth. I did, doctors said it is the worst run lab they ever were FORCED to worked with. Some examples of feedback - The IT people are second rate, customer service is useless - never answers and when they do they read from a script and generallly no help. Billing is always an issue, and the beacon system is down daily and more or less not very functional. This gist was - labcorp is cheap and provides sloppy service. Not sure how many can refute that unless you are a kool aid drinker or are brainwashed living in fantasy land
