LOL ok. You're right. All the sales reps think it is a great IC plan, a wonderful rank report, a great company to work for. I wonder why the two recruiters I've been working with have told me they are currently working with several reps AND managers from Cadence? I'm so very glad you are happy here. Let's face it, Cadence has a bright feature with a wonderful R&D department with several drugs in phase 3 trials and we have more than enough money to financially beat out several large big pharma companies if a novel drug is up for grabs. Who would ever think this is a dead end job?
 






In my district at least 5 people are openly looking and sharing recruiter contact information and leads. Maybe not everyone is posting on here, but I don't know anyone happy here.

I so agree with you! I have been in this industry for over a decade and have Never seen such an unfair and horrible plan. Where's the incentive? And that ranking system at this point shouldn't exist as it isn't accurate. If it's not accurate then it doesn't exist.
