I would also love any insight into the Clinical Specialist-Skin openings. Also, any advice to better mold myself so that I could join the Genentech team would be greatly appreciated!

No, mature responsible employees communicate with one another by talking on the phone, email etc.... not on a website like this that is 100% anonymous. This is a spineless, bs, hell hole. You are the loser.

If that's the case why are you posting on CP? Why aren't you on the phone and emailing anyone that will still listen to you how miserable you are and what a hell hole this is! I'm sure everyone will be thrilled to hear your joyful news. I'll tell you why, it's because they won't take your call when they recognize it's you calling.
