Don't blame me I did a phone screen just to see what the Manager would say and told them thanks but no thanks. It was all a smoke and mirrors show by them !
 




























































Good sales people doesn't always equate to good leaders as a matter of a fact many of them fail as leaders. Actually most of the sales people at LS that have become managers have been piss poor leaders. LP, both RH's and LA will be next. BH has been the only success story.
 
























Tom is a nice guys who was a solid rep and a decent 1st few year manager with no one to develop him. His success And development was all his own. Had he had an area manager that could have helped focus and develop certain skill sets he would have been a great manager.

I hope if and when he goes somewhere he will have a solid mentor to help him grow in his career.
 






TL was a great sales person and IS a great leader. If you worked with or for him you would know. Only thing that guy cares about is the success of his people. Hard to exists in this environment of spreadsheets, high decile, call per day bullcrap world handed down by senior leadership. If he’s out, them I’m right behind him.

I am new and am worried. All the people that know all the accounts/business are leaving or gone. The new management is telling me stuff like they are a broken record. It is wierd. I sold cardiovascular before. They didn't. How do they think the same thing is going to work with the entire nation?
 






Hey Everybody, I was told there was a lot of stuff getting posted on cafepharma about me leaving Liposcience. I had to come and check it out. Took me a while to figure this place out. Sure are a lot of people posting a lot of thoughts, mostly negative. I get that. We have been riding into the wind for quite some time now and that stuff wears on you after a while. At least now we have a couple good things breaking our way for a change. And of course we have a great test that can change a doctor’s management and help save lives. Do I sound too much like a “yes man”? Sorry, but it’s true. It is a fantastic test.

As for me leaving? Well, call me. I’ll set you straight. Don’t rely on an f’ing message board with people anonymously posting crap, and stop calling my reps in the field and asking them what’s going on. They’re working.

Also, I appreciate the support from the people who said nice things about me, and for those who didn’t, I hope I have the chance to prove you wrong.
