I pass all audits and the ones I do not it is the fault of lazy doctors that did not chart what they are ordering. Speaking of audits. We wouldn't even be getting audited if it wasn't for the shady sales reps out the sneaking oround being dis honest.

Here is my proposal to Jodi J; lay off all reps. Save 24k per location. That is 2.4 million dollars people plus all their other silly un frugal and not necessity expenses. You shady reps make me sick.

You fail to understand a few things. Lincare supports management because we are the ones that stick it through thick and thin. We are the ones that have sacrificed so much for the company. Management will stand behind me. On the other hand Whiney needy sales reps Come and go and are only 24k a dozen.

This thread has become absurd. Just like all your other multiple comments,threats and promises posted here for months now. Why can't you just RISE ABOVE THE NOISE and get lost already. You have already been told this is not a "communication board" for so called managers. I use that term loosely when it comes to you as it is hard to take you seriously. I will again suggest that you re read your own posts. They are coming back to haunt you. PROMISE

What you fail to understand is that the only reason why you are even a CM is that Lincare only promotes the best person that is available for that position at that moment. CM & DM positions are rarely filled by experienced qualified individuals. That is the downside to the system when people such as yourself get a managerial position. You are clearly not qualified nor possess the necessary skills to lead a team. I don't blame you for taking the position, but don't come on here puffing your chest proclaiming you are better than me. I have an education, proven track record of success, respect my coworkers, and possess a great deal if clinical expertise. You however are a paranoid, narcissistic pill head. Get over yourself. Your center has a track record of underperformance, own up to it and start acting like the professional you claim to be!!!

You don't know who I am. If you did you wouldn't speak of my center's track record in this way. If you go back four years my center has grown more than 9 out of 10 centers nationwide. There have been some struggles from employees I considered cancerous to the center and I have since cut the cancer out and am now moving the right direction. You have no right to judge me.

Unless you are my AM or at corporate I will take that as an empty threat. Plus they can't get rid of me I own the dme business in my centers territory. Lose me and you lose the business.

Hey idiot I have done nothing but praise my CM. You on the other hand shouldnt even be delegated with the task of heading up a fry station at McDonalds. Which bases on your education, management style and sparkling personality will be most likely your next employer.
