So I I e the Operating room to teach docs who don't write Rx's that they might keep patients in contact lenses if they will decide t [ treat dry eye.

Is Xiidra something other than eye drops? For dry eye "disease"? I'm pretty sure thats what Jennifer Anniston told me during the last commercial.

Not illegal. After getting screwed on bonus I have to make up my cash deficit somehow. Blew the hell out of it with market share change and still didn't make GA.

Most of the people at Shire have something going on the side - c'mon we're sales people and we LOVE MAKING MONEY! If Shire's not paying us someone else will!
 






I own several rental units as investments in my district. My PCPs and clinics i call on are close so if i get a call from tenant i pop on by on Shire time. I even successfully pitched and sold the cream to tenants COD.
No taxes and invisible income.

Hey Bruh I bought an old house on a busy street corner had my buddy's city council member dad rezone it commercial and now I rent it to a plastic surgeon. Last October I parlayed the profits into a strip club 50/50 Llc cash biz.

The problem isn't that people are posting rude and disrespectful comments. The real problem is that they're all true. The problem is leadership. Good KK. Stop coming to this site. Then we won't have the random "pro Shire" posts with the same phrases over and over. You're the one that really needs the help. You are blind.

You commented that people on here are "diluting the incompetence of leadership" which in reality means the incompetence at the leadership level must be truly AWFUL.

I was not going to respond to your rudeness, but here goes. As I was typing, my phone sometimes does its own thing. On this occasion it went a bit bonkers as evidenced by the last bit of my post. My phone then promptly froze up. While I was trying to unfreeze the darn thing, it posted, wit no way to edit. I don't know what's wrong with a small crowd of people at Shire that they are so hateful to those of us in eyecare. What did we do to you? Most of us (everyone I know) left a good position and known & respected drugs to come here to start something new. We risked careers with no approved drug. That's right, I and most of us came with no promise of a job or a drug to sell. No promise of anything beyond a dry eye drug. And dry eye is NOT the drug we came here for. It's what we have with a hope of great things to come. Again, eye pharma is NOT life and death. Preventing blindness or gett>ng anywhere close, just one baby step close is something that changes lives. I have many blind friends. People I have met through my career. You try going to a restaurant, a very simple thing. Try it. Try finding your fork and where to stab it, not knowing if you got food on it or not. Try going to the grocery and shopping or cooking dinner. How about not ever knowing what your children look like? So, smarty pants, in your attempts to slam us and to belittle me maybe you have shown what an ass you are. Good day.
