Say whatever you want about Sal, but he's smart enough to know that IT drives deals.

Quest is only buying assets and not liabilities. Do they realize that all the sales reps are liabilities?

Maybe the CEO of Quest might get specifics about each person. I would think thay would be a liability. Esoecially Sal and the top dozen reps.

Managers will Micro me with tablets and cell phones and GPS. I have a couple of days to see what else is available.Quest has their model and they will enforce it.I will need to think real.

Thats the least of your worries. Have a great life at 55-65k/yr salary plus 6 months commission payout.

Accept a non-solicit, but DO NOT accept a non-compete. Non-compete is enforceable, a non solicitation is BS.
 






Everyone has an agenda, FMS, as well as Hogan Lovells. The band was allowed to stay together and both parties turned a blind eye to the actions of these people.

Why? because that is how they got out of the disaster called Shiel. Lets not believe for one minute that synergies were not recognized and benchmarks were unable to be met.

They wanted Shiel i1ff the books the moment December came around. If the sales department was fired, a sale would have never taken place.

What is next? Well Fresenius will be done with all individuals involved. i guess it appears that they dodged a bullet.
