The company was sold because Fresenius gave up. So ask yourself, why did Fredenius give up? We all know the anwser to that question. As well as Hogan Lovells, Inside council , corporate leaders and everyone else involved.

Classic case of false hope. Do enjoy the next 90 days or so until this thing closes .
Who knows there might be changes in the deal. Dont feel so comfortable, Thjngs may not be that simple.

Jim did a lot for my clients. During and after the transition to Rockleigh, he was a valuable resource that I relied on. I am sorry you do not get the opportunity to leverage his skill set when it comes to comms between sales and ops. Learned a lot from Jim and i respect his work ethic. I hope he stays with us as we begin the next leg of our journey, in any capacity.

I am worried since I will have to work in a restricted area. No more open territories.

Quest is only buying assets and not liabilities. Do they realize that all the sales reps are liabilities?

Maybe the CEO of Quest might get specifics about each person. I would think thay would be a liability. Esoecially Sal and the top dozen reps.
 






Sad day for me since me and all my co workers were all fired. How many do you think will get rehired 5%.
I am done with this industry.I am only 28 years old and I will start a new career
