TN lost 3 Aristada & 2 Viv in the past year. Horrible management for way too long.....
Just heard from HR and and they said to continue to do what you've been doing. Stay on your knees and keep the boys happy for a few more months but keep checking your email for updates.Hi guys, it’s me again. I am the one who interviewed for the job to sell 5461. I am the really pretty woman that everyone seems to be jealous of.
I have been reading your comments and it seems like this place could have a few issues? I am not certain, but for some reason I am getting the feeling.
Don’t get me wrong, I will want to sell 5461, but I have not heard back from HR. Can anyone help? Just tell HR to call back the pretty girl and they all know me. Thanks so much everyone. Have a fab weekend!
NYC lost 2 brave souls one rep and one Hospital both of which were too good to stay in this dump. Opportunities are out there dont let them tell you otherwise.
The POA this year should be a laugh a minute. What music do you think they'll play for the "big tent" presentations? I want to hear your suggestions, but I'm thinking maybe something in a nice funeral dirge.
I was going to apply for the position that was posted in Memphis but this sounds like a typical pharma shit show & im sick of sniffin itTN lost 3 Aristada & 2 Viv in the past year. Horrible management for way too long.....
Ha Ha. This is really funny post because it is so true, but if you really think about it it is sad. I've been here for almost 8 years and this company has changed. I heard that they are on to a few that are really abusing the meals and travel expenses and are concentrating on the HBL team specifically. Heard receipts have been pulled for cigars and premium liquor. OP above must be in the know because she talks about cigars. BTW idiots, cigars are not an expensable item!! I hope they nail those abusers to the wall before they fire them. I miss the good old days before they brought in all the uneeded rep teams from other companies. That type of over the top expenses would have never been done by those who started this comapny. No! You are not the only one who thinks this company is "going under". You're just the only one who cares. You need to take your lead from our senior directors and VP's and just party and spend the companies money like there is no tomorrow. Make sure to spend it on frivolous things like adding unneeded sales teams and then let those teams have expensive boondoggles and lunches and dinners with premium liquor and cigars. Let them pad their frequent flier miles and hotel points by traveling and attending meeting where there is no reason for alks personnel to attend (MSL's!!!).
Once you get over responsibility and shame you will fit right in here and spend on yourself with little to no concern for the share holders. Wrap your mind around that and this is the best place in the world to work!!! You'll love it here.
You make some great points. This crazy expense report spending has to stop. It all started when Robinson and Apostle came here. Big shots. Just ask 'em.
They brought over people who think they're big shots too. Just ask 'em.
So far removed from the culture of this company just 4 short years ago. I remember eating dinner at subway when traveling on business. And I agree that it seems most of the abuse is coming from the Hospital team. KAM team is pretty over the top too.
Hope they make an example out of a few of them.

My favorite expense story is from the last POA. You might recall that just before that one Jim Frates issued new travel reimbursement guidelines dropping the maximum daily meal allowance from $150 to $100 and creating a two drink per day limit for reimbursement. OK...so those are reasonable rules. But what's the first thing that Frates did at the POA? He slapped down the company card and bought multiple rounds of drinks in the hotel bar.
I think the expression "Do as I say, not as I do.".
