September 2022 layoffs.

OP here...I have all but secured employment elsewhere (probably six weeks out). I'm keeping my fingers crossed I get laid off and the severance check comes first. As I stated before, I fully expect to be severed and sadly a lot of you in the field will as well. Nobody believed me when I tried to share this news earlier, now you see there's a hiring freeze, reps crawling over each other, not getting the ROI on Austedo, Ajovy's margins are horrible etc. Reorg is looking more like October vs September but it's coming. Uzedy may be added to the bag of one sales team carrying Austedo and Uzedy but that wouldn't be until next year sometime anyways. Uzedy delay hurts its chances of hitting initial sales goals for it, and that's if it even gets approved. I'll try and keep you all in the know.

Give it a rest kid. You are trying too hard to sell your bull. Nothing is going to happen. Look at the pipelines and investor info. This op guy is an idiot. Lol!

What is the latest on layoffs?

Dude, let it go on all the layoff talk. In late November Teva will be re-submitting all the remaining Uzedy data the FDA requested for approval for Q-1 '23 launch (probably at the Vegas NFM). With the current hiring freeze in place until November 30th, realignments and product weighting responsibilities will begin for NP, NS and NH. Teva will actually be hiring open territory spots due to attrition and the normal year end departures of reps who leave on their own. What's left of the original NH Uzedy folks will be pulled off Austedo anyways, so there will be additional headcount needed to fill some spots in Psych and LTC.

OP here...OK folks, by now you've seen the numbers. Austedo 154m in Q1, 204m in Q. Tracking for 225m in Q3. Another year not hitting a billion dollars. True forecasts are just under 900 million. While that is nice, the growth trajectory has all but stopped and the man (woman)-power behind this drug is dragging down profits. Our margins are much thinner than Neurocrine's for the VMAT franchise too. It's not good here in NJ and major changes are continuing as originally planned. Will keep you posted but still looking at a september/october reorg.

So Mr./Ms. know it all, here it is September 5th and we are already preparing for Q-4 budget planning, call plan and target selections as well as starting back interviewing and candidate selections for open sales territories by November 1st. Any more predictions from you on September/October reorg? Come on you Tool, gives us more of your incredible insight.

I'm not saying the layoff prophet is right, but I do think you sound a bit naive.
You can't look at corporate/operations activity as any type of indicator.
You will have absolutely ZERO warning if a layoff occurs. Business will be 100% normal, moving forward will all activities...
And then you have a sudden conference call telling you to wait by the phone

Next yr alone we have 7 biosimilars and 2 LAI being launched. How many companies you know launching 7-9 drugs next year?
How many of those are Teva products and not in-licensed, how many will mysteriously fall over before they arrive .... smoke and mirrors.

To suggest Teva has a pipeline is laughable. What Teva does have is serious cashflow issues.

Enjoy your sad career at Teva.

I will, especially when the national opioid settlement is announced and my stock value more than triples by the end of the year. Yes, I was one of those who continued buying my company stock when the bottom fell out.
The Humira biosimilar alone that Teva will license as 1st generic will more than make up for these past few years of stock losses. Cashflow issues no more!

Sure thing Maureen. Keep blobbing it up in your shitty Jersey sublease….until you are arrested for
assisting the facilitation of and cover up of fraud, reported false claims, reimbursement fraud and theft, money laundering, wire fraud, and more

Shows what you know clueless idiot. I left Teva 3 months ago and I'm not even living in NJ anymore. Go get a life!

OP here....I guess no one cares or doesn't pay attention but Lundbeck/Otsuka will be launching their 2 month LAI. We're going to lowball the price of Uzedy to make sure its approved with insurance so for the folks that survive the reorg you can feel good about having coverage. With that said, approval expected early Q2. There will be a reorg later this year...hate on me all you want. Do the math, Austedo reps climbing all over each other, Ajovy flailing, money is tight. If you can't see change is coming, you must be living under a rock.

Something is definitely coming. Recently found that NS is now 65-85% Austedo and has Psych targets. Now there are possibly 3 reps and a Shared Solutions rep calling on the same clinics!
Rifuckindiculus!!!
The question is not if but when and who?
Will NS and NP be combined leaving NH alone for Uzedy?
Or will we all be thrown in the mix and sorted by some method that makes no sense?

"We"? If you are asking this question it is apparent that you don't work here. If you do, than your manager hasn't been very forthcoming with information. Hiring freeze will be lifted next month and vacant positions will soon be filled. Uzedy on schedule for approval and NP and NS will be right sized for start of a very exciting 2023.
