The problem is that you have to make 3 robotic presentations of the sh** products they have left and the ones making the decisions are from legal, HR and AZ training. No wonder they had to cut AZ reps before. Very few of the training and decision making group have ever been in an office and the rest are living off their marketing MBAs they so proudly boast about. I don't know who Uncle Paul is but NONE of these trainers could sell ice in the desert! One problem is that they have never worked anywhere but AZ and have no idea how other companies train. They are trying to "teach" experienced sales people how to sell like robots. Very POOR way of doing things. Kind of stupid to be canning reps when you don't have any idea how they will do in the field simply because they couldn't remember their "Script"! It seems very strange that a company that's supposedly in "Launch" mode would so casually terminate reps. Now the DMs have to start all over again putting the whole organization behind during a launch. Not a recipe for success. Can't see this contract lasting 12 months. The AZ folks are far too anal for that to happen. Unfortunately the remaining T/P reps have been set up to fail. BTW more terminations are coming because the DMs have been given a list of names of reps that were told they passed certification but still had "issues" with the canned presentations. They will have to present to the DM and RM to be completely certified next week. Total Bull shi*! What a joke of a company and supposed training team!
