This is not a threat to them. Turnover of tenured high salaried reps who are jaded for cheaper B2Bs with something to prove is part of the business model. The best we as tenured reps can do is stay hungry and hopeful or move on to greener pastures. I agree with all of the negatives stated here. Those complaining need to be honest with yourselves though. You’re too comfortable to leave.

Rockville is panicking and it’s finally showing. That wave of back to school prescriptions is not coming. The concept of paying for new writers is so they can desperately show some metric of improvement on the next earnings call. EX) look at how many writers we’ve added.

We are almost 3 months into the launch of Qelbree and we still don’t have accurate ranks in Veeva. How long is this going to go on?

This is one of the greatest lies being told right now. I have worked extremely hard both before and during the Qelbree launch and I have almost nothing to show for it. Very few RX have been written in my territory and they do not appear to be growing. Virtually flat month over month. There will not be a flood of back to school scripts. I hope it increases obviously but to think we are about to get a massive number is pathetic. There is no legitimate place in the market for Qelbree and it’s completely obvious now. I just wish I knew that Supernus will take care of us when it comes time to sell the company
