I want to know why the Qelbree sales force has become second class at Supernus? We built this company like a snowman from the ground up and now look where we are. You keep all the US WorldTurd reps and managers that are making way more than us. Then when they leave you replace them with reps that have a couple years experience and again pay them more money. $125k compared to the $70k the main sales force starts at now. A new “neuro” rep makes more than a Qelbree rep thats been here since day one. Then you give this reject contract sales force guaranteed bonus money for Q2??? We get nothing! I bet there are reps literally making zero dollar bonus from Qelbree launch. Why have you forsaken us Rockville? Why???

I was actually thinking it was going to be a guarantee bonus for the last 6 weeks of Q2. The buildup plan is “okay” BUT once again they won’t just give us 200 targets or get paid by zip code. Just seems like they come up with stupid bonus plans like this to take away the fact that we are underpaid when the US world med reps and the TXR and Oxr reps are getting paid more than us. Cool. Thanks.
 


















This changes nothing in how I attack my day. I will continue to sell my target 100 and completely avoid everyone else.

Give me visibility to my target 200 and that may change.

me too! It is hysterical, not to mention 1. All the scripts that won’t be counted bc they have already been written. 2. All of the HCP’s who still won’t be on our list.

I’m SO sure that RE’s team has been diligently working to ensure they have added the providers in the offices we are calling on… NOT! we will be lucky to have 1/3 of the 101-200 list be applicable to the offices we are going into.

All this did was drive down an already deteriorated morale. Mgmt is soooo disconnected and in this case that are throwing fuel on the fire. Go blindly sell everyone and don’t worry you will get credit “most” of the time. It should be ALL of the time.

Finally I’m still waiting to hear on our Q2 bonus.

Trust me, we are updating resumes and actually replying to recruiters now. Final straw. Go find some new hires. I track your iPads so I know who this is. You are a terrible rep and your RD tells me how he wants you to leave. So of you need help role-playing for your interviews your RD will gladly help.

Are you really trying to silence someone through fear? That may work on a ride along but not here on CP. One more quarter with a weak bonus payout and 30% of the sales force will leave.
