Seasonal Contract Position

Interviewed Monday in Dallas with DM. I, and many others, were asked to stay and were called back about an hour later to interview with Regional Manager as more of a confirmation interview. Offers were extended immediately following the second interview. Some were told after the first interview "NO". Others were told nothing, so if you didn't have a second interview with Regional right after DM interview, but you weren't told "NO", then you're in the pool of "if the candidate that got the offer backs out, fails background/drug screen, ect" then you will most likely hear something. Those that received an offer on Monday received emails Tuesday with specific instructions to "sign offer letter and complete all documents and take drug test within 48 hours or the offer could be rescinded." Background and drug screen results should take 3-4 days, so those who are waiting around to hear something should know something by the end of next week. Hope this helps because I've been in that same spot before just wondering what's going on. Best of luck to all.

Thank you for the information, but I have a couple questions. Do you know this because you were actually offered after the second interview? I had a second interview and wasn’t told anything afterwards. I know of several reps that had second interviews after me that also weren’t told anything. I was told hiring decisions would be made by today? Has anyone heard anything different?

Orlando yesterday, I had a F2F interview with a regional manager followed immediately by an interview with their boss. No offer was extended. Was made to believe offers were coming soon. Gut tells me I didn’t get it, guess we shall see.

same thing for me. I had an interview with the regional manager and wasn’t told anything either. The hiring DM told me we would hear by the end of the week which is today.

I worked in big pharma for over 10 years...the company I worked for got a lawsuit against them for making us work more than 40 hours. I received a check for 22,000 b/c of this. The price point is very inexpensive. I do not need to work, but my husband is physician and agrees ...this will be a fun drug to sell. Plus, it is seasonal
Could not be more perfect . Great Luck to all.

Thanks for your post. Physicians have a reputation for weak business acumen.

This could be a fun drug to sell if the goals are reasonable.

Do you believe you will have reasonable/achievable sales goals? Good luck.
