They won't be firing anyone soon or later. That's not how things work at JBI. Since the sales numbers are BS they can't fire you on that as they will be sued and loose big. They kow that. What they do is to stress you out. To harass you. To belittle you, so you will quit. If you document them on these items you can sue their ass also. If you are on a list do your self a favor and get an attorney. It will be money well spent. If you are 45+, > 6 yrs with JBI, not a Senior Executive and not your DMs main squeeze you are dead to JBI. It is only a matter of time before they take your sales credit away and you are an open target. Progressive discipline means 3 months of bad numbers/ranking. Followed by 3 months of PIP warnings. Followed by a PIP that can last from30-90 days of unreachable goals. During this period you will develop ulcers, hair loss, insomnia. You will hate life and want to leave. Odds are you will. They know that. Just check the boxes and have some fun with them. Don't let the screwing with be only a one way street.
That fact is on the immunology side you suffer from the "Penis Envy Crew". This goes for both male and female. The PECkers don't like you and never will. They are heavily Liberals, with low morals, hence the new directives to get the money makers out. It is not about business, it's personal. They will be the first ones to falsify the credo results. We all know that 95% of employees think current management is crap. After some fixing of numbers suddenly 95% think they are great.

Totally true. Also sad is the fact that if one of their golden boys or girls wants you out then you are an open target and the harassment will be supported by management. Pick a few abms, look at the RBDs. Could your RBD be a leader in a company like Apple or Zappos? You know the answer to that one. They don't even know how to behave in front of doctors. They think that physicians respect them because they are a "manager" at J and J. News flash: Doctors could care less about the position you got by sucking up and groveling to some other management who would fix your numbers so you could get promoted. When was the last time you heard your abm or RBD say something that actually made you think? Oh, it made you think, alright. It made you think something like why the hell am I working for a jerk whose a moron. I can't learn anything about sales or customer relationships with this person because this person can't even develop a good relationship and mentor process with me. The person I work for is an idiot! And the person he works for is an idiot! And the idiots above them want me to "close" my customers. They want me to say: Doctor, will you promise me that the next ten patients who come in are going on my product?
I know the real reason you want me gone. As well as the other reps who have done well for this company. You are afraid of us. You are afraid because you know that people who are smarter and more talented than you make you look bad. They show the truth. That you really don't know what you're doing. They show you for what you are.

I would readily testify what I have seen and can point you to dates and times for meetings where Senior Mnagement clearly stated that anyone over 45 not in management should be under some sort of elimination process. I could point you to emails between DMs acknowledging it and discussing it.

Great advice from this poster above. This is exactly what I and at least a few other reps I know have done. Speaking of the senior management elimination with older reps policy, you also need to know there are a few reps in their forties who are serving as moles for management. The mole might call you and start asking your opinion on something controversial with the company and in the meantime his abm is sitting right next to him listening in. Or they might tell you how they fudged something on an expense report to make up for a lost parking receipt or something and when you tell them you also did this they feed the info to their manager who calls HCC. The way you spot these people is what other here have written. They are usually mediocre reps with a mediocre or lousy sales numbers history and yet they get promoted to senior executive rep or are awarded something like the district rep of the year award. Their work habits are lazy at best but they never get reamed by their manager. Watch out for them.
I also heard from somebody who is really tied into the management chain that by Labor day you will see a bunch of well known reps who have produced over the years terminated or driven out of the company. One of the guys I suspect to be a mole told me that some abms even make bets on when these reps are going and because they have money in the game they do anything they can to win by destroying these reps.
How's that for the Credo in action? And one more thing. DO NOT EVER CALL HCC TO REPORT VIOLATIONS. If you report one of the special elite you will find the tables turned and you will be the hunted.

There are a shitload of moles and reps fabricating up crap to get the worker bees out of here. Disgraceful behavior. I don't think they will be successful as JnJ wants to know who the rats are more than who is aggressively selling. If anyone is going to get canned they will look to at the rats first. Not if you do your job right like me. My manager and my rbd and I are all besties, and if you are smart that's what you will do. I consider my manager a near genius and my rbd a real genius. Between them have have won oodles of p clubs and you don't do that without business genius. You need to let yous know like I do.
