They won't be firing anyone soon or later. That's not how things work at JBI. Since the sales numbers are BS they can't fire you on that as they will be sued and loose big. They kow that. What they do is to stress you out. To harass you. To belittle you, so you will quit. If you document them on these items you can sue their ass also. If you are on a list do your self a favor and get an attorney. It will be money well spent. If you are 45+, > 6 yrs with JBI, not a Senior Executive and not your DMs main squeeze you are dead to JBI. It is only a matter of time before they take your sales credit away and you are an open target. Progressive discipline means 3 months of bad numbers/ranking. Followed by 3 months of PIP warnings. Followed by a PIP that can last from30-90 days of unreachable goals. During this period you will develop ulcers, hair loss, insomnia. You will hate life and want to leave. Odds are you will. They know that. Just check the boxes and have some fun with them. Don't let the screwing with be only a one way street.
That fact is on the immunology side you suffer from the "Penis Envy Crew". This goes for both male and female. The PECkers don't like you and never will. They are heavily Liberals, with low morals, hence the new directives to get the money makers out. It is not about business, it's personal. They will be the first ones to falsify the credo results. Totally true. Also sad is the fact that if one of their golden boys or girls wants you out then you are an open target and the harassment will be supported by management. The harassment will just get worse and worse and you will sooner or later have to figure out if you want to take it or leave. For them it's just a game. They actually sleep better at night knowing that they are on the way to ruining your career. Because they are thugs. Hoodlums. Just take a look at who runs the company. Pick a few abms, look at the RBDs. Could your RBD be a leader in a company like Apple or Zappos? You know the answer to that one. They don't even know how to behave in front of doctors. They think that physicians respect them because they are a "manager" at J and J. News flash: Doctors could care less about the position you got by sucking up and groveling to some other management who would fix your numbers so you could get promoted. When was the last time you heard your abm or RBD say something that actually made you think? Oh, it made you think, alright. It made you think something like why the hell am I working for a jerk whose a moron. I can't learn anything about sales or customer relationships with this person because this person can't even develop a good relationship and mentor process with me. The person I work for is an idiot! And the person he works for is an idiot! And the idiots above them want me to "close" my customers. They want me to say: Doctor, will you promise me that the next ten patients who come in are going on my product?
I know the real reason you want me gone. As well as the other reps who have done well for this company. You are afraid of us. You are afraid because you know that people who are smarter and more talented than you make you look bad. They show the truth. That you really don't know what you're doing. They show you for what you are.
