They won't be firing anyone soon or later. That's not how things work at JBI. Since the sales numbers are BS they can't fire you on that as they will be sued and loose big. They kow that. What they do is to stress you out. To harass you. To belittle you, so you will quit. If you document them on these items you can sue their ass also. If you are on a list do your self a favor and get an attorney. It will be money well spent. If you are 45+, > 6 yrs with JBI, not a Senior Executive and not your DMs main squeeze you are dead to JBI. It is only a matter of time before they take your sales credit away and you are an open target. Progressive discipline means 3 months of bad numbers/ranking. Followed by 3 months of PIP warnings. Followed by a PIP that can last from30-90 days of unreachable goals. During this period you will develop ulcers, hair loss, insomnia. You will hate life and want to leave. Odds are you will. They know that. Just check the boxes and have some fun with them. Don't let the screwing with be only a one way street.
