Art is untouchable. His sales skills rock. His Docs love him. He is a nice guy too. He has always produced going back to the early days. Anyone going after him would be demented. Unless of course the goal is to year down Academic sales. If he goes, the entire Academic Franchise is next. I am not Art.

I agree. The best thing about Art though is not his sales skills. It's that he is always looking out for other people. I know about things he has done for the families of some of his co-workers and he is the kind of guy who is humble when he wins but the first to congratulate someone if they win. I know there are some people who for some reason are really out to destroy this guy and I don't understand it.

Rankings never mean a thing. The only thing anyone in management looks at is who won the District Leadership award. That is the real coveted prize. This year it even came with more financial POW than P Club.
 


















One of our wiser reps once told me: Defeat your enemies with success. I have seen him do that and I am following him. There's no need to lower yourself to the level of gossips and ass kissers. Just work hard and do the right thing and hold your head high. One by one they will crawl away.

This is the best I've ever hears it described. They are doing everything their evil minds can come up with to get rid of longtime loyal reps. Ass kissers get a pass. They don't even have to work and can be low ranked quarter after quarter.

I don't understand how they continue to get away with that. They starve your territory of the SPP scripts that it has coming. Then they give you a bad rank and FCR based on those fraudulent numbers. Year end comes with a low ranking. Layoffs come and you get axed since you had poor number and ranking. Would someone start a class action for goodness sakes. Didn't they already say they are not buying much data anymore.
You screw with our sales and we take the day off.

After they get rid of the rep they have their moles plant rumors that the rep was fired for expense reporting, HCC violations, not working, porn on the laptop, any lie they feel like. It is only a matter of time before they take your sales credit away and you are an open target. Progressive discipline means 3 months of bad numbers/ranking. Followed by 3 months of PIP warnings. Followed by a PIP that can last from30-90 days of unreachable goals. During this period you will develop ulcers, hair loss, insomnia. You will hate life and want to leave. Odds are you will. They know that. Just check the boxes and have some fun with them. Don't let the screwing with be only a one way street.
