Year in and year out and it ain't good. You must be doing something sneaky to keep your job. Feeding information to your manager. Throwing your partners under the bus. Lying about your activities.
Who you blaming this quarter? Your ABS, IS-something, Academic, SMD? How is it that they keep ranking hight and making P-Club but you aren't? Your best and biggest accounts are churning out Humira scripts, infusing tons of Orencia.
You know what your problem is? You're complacent. You got no gas. You lazy. What you need is a PIP. Wipe that brown off your nose and start working those easy accounts that used to carry you but have no respect for you.

This is perfect. If somebody's good year in and year out you can't give credit to anyone else other than them. Bad reps say it was all Habig's manipulation, but he's long gone, and so are his managers. If you're bad year in and year out and your aim team still keeps doing good then you can't blame them. You're just not cut out for this job. Some reps get lucky and get a P club or two thanks to their strong aim team member, but you never see them on the trip again. Then there are reps who are at the top of the list year in and year out. The bad reps do everything they can to criticize these reps, to try to get them fired, but all they do is create a stronger case for the reps lawyers if that happens.

S.H. manipulation over? You are a very funny person. His legacy is everywhere, both good and bad.

I want a goosed up, recut territory like they did to the ISR group. Right to the top. Didn't even have to work. Give me some.

What happened to the once top rated reps once their abm got sick of sleeping with them? Her territory sunk. Bet she's so nervous now that she doesn't know what to do. That's what happens when the wrinkles come in, baby.

But I'll be thinking of you when I'm a Presidents Circle later this month. I'll be thinking of you when I'm at the pool, at the bar, getting a massage. The thought of you at home working will put a huge smile on my face! Too bad you didn't win.

We'll be toasting to that trouble maker!

And we did! I loved standing with Marti and Rob and explaining how I'm so successful and giving them examples of my partners who just can't seem to make the trip. My best explanation: they don't work. They are too tied up into relationship selling and it came back to bite them. They rely on their spouses careers and income and so they don't have fire. They spend too much time making excuses and too little time making the sale.
Rob and Marti agree with me. Now they have to take a closer look at you.

A top rep in one franchise is going to be canned next week. My manager is as tied in as they come and he guarantees it.

Art is untouchable. His sales skills rock. His Docs love him. He is a nice guy too. He has always produced going back to the early days. Anyone going after him would be demented. Unless of course the goal is to year down Academic sales. If he goes, the entire Academic Franchise is next. I am not Art.
