Dykes Lumber would never tolerate them. I doubt any other company would tolerate their behavior. They're afraid of SAP because they think that the longer it takes for implementation the longer they'll be employed. They should be let go now. Better to be understaffed than to have toxic people on board.

The implementation is not going to be a success because of the fools at the top. Good plan to let go of people... then MB will pick up the slack. NOT! His lack of prioritization skills is what is driving the resignations and the lack of testing for the implementation.

i think testing and training is going fantastic. I am really proud of how the troops are rallying and helping each other. The morale is currently at its highest. So proud of everyone’s help and hard work. Please make sure to keep the momentum going. We love you, God loves you. Keep smiling, better days are coming.
