I completely agree with all of your observations and may I add how I sprained my ankle when I got inbetween RSL and the opportunity to mug for the camera with one of those children.

I definitely went to a different meeting. Bikes were cool, awards were super, info good and mgt looked pretty calm. Need to work at iPad factory to experience real hardship. Good grief.

My district pretty much came away with the same opinion. I think management is starting to get the reality that there will be a lower ceiling to the sales ramp. Things looked ok in October/November when there was some decent growth but there was no follow through into 2012. Flat.

Keep telling yourself everything is fine over and over and then it is.

Bikes were cool? Bikes were a tax write-off, I'd rather spend time with my own kids.

Awards were super? Do you want to go sit on a beach with arrogant upper-managment in JUNE?

Unfortunatley this post is pretty spot on. So many reps are looking for other jobs its not even funny. Nobody views this as a long term opportunity. As far as mgmt looking calm. How the heck would you expect them to look? This comes down to pharmacy not allowing the drug to 'take off'. Nothing we can show them will change their mind.

Pad the numbers--98%. Throw out that number and you have no credibility. About 10-15 unhappy people which is right for a group our size. Pick it up or leave. Most of us are finding our stride so boo hoo for you.

My manager told me that some of our leaders are beyond nervous and not sure what is going to happen. The meeting was absurd and too intense for what we have all been put through this past year.
