Sales Leadership is a JOKE







The Leadership team is world class. Many rank n file cohorts unfortunately do not have the mental skillset to see thru the multiple layers of entropic abstract Mensa-level sales strategy the Leadership Team is executing. Please be a more out-of-the-box inductive thinker before you post a harsh attack on your Superiors ! !

That is actually funny. The leadership in this organization is one of the worst in the industry. For those of you looking to join this company, run as fast as you can. For those of you that are protecting leadership here, shame on you. This is the most pathetically run company in the industry. We tell false information to our customers on a daily basis and are asked to do this with a smile on our face. Quit trying to protect our pathetic senior vice president of sales as He is the issue. Nobody in sales trust him, we see through his BS and believe he is only in it for himself. He is a pathetic leader.

At some point Ken needs to wake up and realize that JZ is a complete loser as a leader and pulling us down. Nobody likes or trusts his leadership style and many people are hanging on for the paycheck.

Been in the industry for years, and he is the worst leader I’ve seen ever. And yes, I’m not leaving because the company pays very well, but it is totally fucked up.

Until Ken wakes up, we will continue down this rabbit hole

I wouldn’t say false information, but more leaving a lot of the facts out around some supply issues we have had. Most of those issues were self manufactured by leadership to manipulate year end numbers. It’s been standard practice here for years. It’s not that it’s all that bad here, depending on who you report too. There is a lot of backstabbing and positioning that goes on behind the scenes mainly with the RBMs and NSDs. It’s very much a teleconference heavy company and many times you might not even know that leadership is on the call. The SVP has a reputation of lying in the grass and pouncing on someone if they say something he does not agree with. Once you have an understanding that this is how he operates, it’s not that bad as you really just don’t say anything on the calls. Ken is the leader of the organization. He is the one that ultimately turns his back and chooses not to get involved with what is happening underneath sales. For some reason he allows the SVP of. Sales to not be held accountable for the high turnover numbers and poor moral. If you need to take a job, you can probably make it work. But there are definitely better companies out there who treat their employees with dignity and respect, and without all of the BS. Good luck in your decision.

From the SVP of Sales down this organization is the worst company to work for. Depending on the day strategy and direction will change. You have no clue if a contract will be canceled, changed or upheld. Every day is a different adventure and very frustrating.

Leadership is totally lacking at the top. SVP of Cardio leads by intimidation, reckless sarcasm and threats. Unfortunately our President is afraid of the SVP, so he looks the other way. Great company, but current leadership will ruin us.

We need our President to get involved and make the appropriate changes. Otherwise we will sink. I know many people looking for new opportunities because this culture is terrible and will break you at some point.

The president is the issue. He has all his cronies leading the different functions. They only care about their inner circle and not us. Until that clown is out, we will all suffer.
