Can anyone please explain why our VP of Sales has a job? Talk about a useless person. Came to a recent POA and was worthless. Sat there playing on his phone and asked a bunch of stupid questions. Not impressed with him at all.

Many of the top IC earners couldn’t tell you what really goes on in their accounts. They play the game and dance with the RBMs. The NAMs are unethical. They play games with our customers. You have a very very serius attitude problem. Our Leadership is Mensa level. They think and work on a higher plain than we mere mortals in the rank n file. Suck it up and celebrate our Leadership or suffer the effect.

I honestly don't know what to think. Im just researching company. So much negative on here that its making me have doubts. I sure would like a reasonable look at things with out the extremes on both ends if its possible. Sure looks pretty good from the outside.

My friend it looks and is GREAT from the inside. There are one or two disgruntled ex employees out there trying to tarnish this gemstone with negative B S posts. . Our sales force is super, world class compensation and bonus plan. But we are very selective with high standards (including blood, drug and earwax tests and suitability screening) in who we hire, so if you are not up to really working then don't apply.Our motto is LET'S GO GO GO !!!
