What's average GI commission w Ome Pak? Been offered a position with another pharma.. Weighing out comps

As long as it's stable, your base is higher, and you couldn't get something better offered to you in the next month take the job. This company is not stable.

I wish I didnt work with a bunch of cry babies. I know pernixtx reps make way more than us. I would gladly take a 40k base with higher commissions. If you all were not so stupid you would do the math too.

Funny that there isn't a single positive comment till right before the NSM. In fact, there were a lot of degrading comments that sounded like management. The whole thing smells of management setting us up for some big pep rally speech of how much money we will make. Believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see.

I wouldn't be surprised if they cooked up last month's numbers! Seemed awfully low. Last year's February Z/R numbers were double and products have only been out for 6 months!
