I am waiting on round 2 of the hiring process. I was told, interviews would start back in early November. I know they have a FDA advisory meeting on November 2....what is that meeting supposed to reveal? The PUDFA date is December 19, so I am puzzled as to why they are meeting November 2

I wouldn’t hold your breath for hiring round two they were telling people who were interviewing that they have no idea when or if they will have a second interview rounds. It will all be based off what the label says the harder the label, The less people they will hire because it will be such a hard sell. The next wave will likely not be until the oral. The whole process has been a complete cluster and their cultural story sounds great but I found a lot of lies through the cracks. Lots of humble pie is needed in this place. Empty promises.....all words to make an RBL look good. They are hiring people that they work with at Past companies that have no experience in the market or likely true passion for what this drug is supposed to do and they might just have to find that out the hard way that something like this really needs to be about not all the money

try reading about seizures - ever heard of valium ? oh yeah that pennies per pound generic drug diazepam. Otherwise known as standard of care
Sure lets put an expensive new drug on formulary to replace a super cheap generic - they do have head to head studies showing superiority for the new drug - right ? hello... right ? you do have head to head superiority studies dont you ???

Your culture is all talk. Can't wait to see how this all goes when you have a product that has to be sold.

I find these comments like above to be extremely bizarre to say the least. Yes, it's not a good feeling when you aren't chosen for the job, but you should never take it personally and just move on. No negative comments on here regarding Sage are warranted at all. In terms of the stock, everyone is down right now. Unfortunately, there are so many people that act on emotion. Just move on with your life.

He have definitive head to head superiority studies showing this will take off like a bat out of hell.

The above post defending your culture is a joke. People are risking their careers to come to Sage. Culture is a big deal and so is final approval of a product and a pipeline. Lots of big talk but people not buying in.

Try applying again next time, maybe you will have better luck! Not looking for "buy-in" from people that aren't apart of this!

PDUFA is Dec 19 and for those that are here, there is no doubt this product will be approved and be a fantastic solution for moms suffering from PPD. Finally, a solution for something people really need.

Now, go fix the issues you have at your current company and stop trying to create a false narrative about what it's like to work at Sage!

I find it funny that people (almost all hired from big pharma in last 2 years) are saying they are working for a nimble biotech and then re-creating the exact types of organizations that exist at the big pharma companies they worked for. Take a hard look at what's going on. Nothing nimble about some of the organizations being created. Your culture is a joke but you get free lunches so you are fat and happy and fighting back on cafepharma. Sage hasn't even started yet and it is already broken.

Sage is Novo Nordisk version 2.0 and yes I came from Novo. Novo had a strong culture and great success. We simply got rid of the unnecessary stuff that didn’t work, for example marketing. If you don’t get hired no need to hate.
