Yeah, right. Go grow your business with the products you have, the support they give you and the products they have scheduled for release (None). Sound reasonable to me. Then again, you're not expected to really sell, just cover cases and open boxes.

- Let's be last in the Division
- it is ok to be 1-14
- let's lead the league in the biggest financial loss and lowest revenue

If you can't grow with Fastfix 360, Healicoil, Q-Fix, Ambient wands, etc then go back to insurance sales

My call focus is not sports medicine, but it's hard to believe the absolute flood of Arthrex Reps and products I see every day in hospitals and ASCs. And while the Arthrex Reps may not be making much money themselves, Arthrex corporate has them posted everywhere. Their success is amazing in most regions, and across the board they're at a minimum blocking the growth of other companies. What an irony that the sexiest Arthrex product is a friggin camera with the lowest margin in their bag. Linvatec and Mitek and disasters, Stryker can't get off the dime, and everyone else appears to be a niche sports med player. I've got no idea what vision S&N management has for itself, but leading in sports medicine isn't it. Sad, as they still have potential based on momentum, if nothing else.
