Ten Year reps are jumping ship. Comp plans are setup for reps new reps trying to get into medical devices. Territories are getting smaller and top heavy with managers.
 


















Poorly run organization from top to bottom. No vision. No focus. No desire to compete in the market. Execs. making their bonus is the only concern. everyone thought changes at the top would turn things, but...
If you're looking at opportunities, might be better looking elsewhere. This place is going nowhere
 






Seen by most as the farm system for other med device cos. Spend a couple of years developing your skill with little direction from the clueless people above and then move n to a better gig
 






You speak the truth bro! Learn as much as you can from you customers and surgeons while expecting little guidance from inept managers. The guy in S FL had his region quartered after 4 losing years but you'd expect that from someone who wears clearcoat nail polish and used to sell defibrillators to Fire Stations.
 






Inept management is just the start no leadership from the top down, stagnant product development, sales training that has no clue about selling, little to know surgeon education and market development people who can't even tell you what their role is except knowing where the next party is. Guy in S FL is just a small piece of everything hat's wrong here.

Amen! I know that guy. The new guy is N FL is not any better. Most managers let to micromanage without putting in any hard field work.

MF and his "leadership" team are the reason this company is quickly becoming an also ran in Sports Med.

To have a vision you have to understand your customers and products. Totally lacking in the leadership circle. When a clueless person gets information from clueless people, the organization winds up being clueless. As long as the current leadership group is in place we're going nowhere.
