Listen old man, you have no idea what you are talking about. Salix stock moved from 15 to 42 since Ryan has been there. Promoting and hiring young talented people is the way to run a business.

Ryan Kessler is AMAZING. There's no better way to say it. He's young, successful, and brilliant! To be so young and to be so successful is paramount. Someone should write a book about him. Obsessed much? Of course. He's motivating, inspirational, he levels with you, and he tells it like it is. He's achieved so much in such a short time period and has such a wide array of knowledge. He sees both sides to the story. I can't say enough good about him.
