Rumor has it .. Tosh is getting the boot

So the rumor here in HQ is that Tosh is going to " resign for another opportunity " after he finishes end of year reviews. Looks like his goals were too unattainable and now he must be accountable for what he said to the shareholders. Next month can't come quick enough . Take DF with you .

After eating their young, the rats jump ship when there is nothing left to eat.

Up on stage w/ Ruud (Hatchet man) talking about the great Bevespi and how impactful it will be but mind you we all have urgency to get it going quickly.

I guess he knew the "opportunity" didn't fit the reality. Feel bad for us PCP folks. Generic Advair, triple therapy by mid-year....2017 ain't gonna be pretty.

Anyone who signed off on changing territory boundaries prior to drug launch needs to be asked to leave. I'm sure people are going to have impactful and immediate results with customers they have never met. You can't make this crap up.

What difference does it make? Nobody gets in to see Physicians for a sales presentation anyway. We could send in the UPS person to gather sample signatures and Senior Leadership knows it. We are a dying breed soon to be obsolete.

Mid-year ain't gonna be pretty. Think about it.

CV and Brilinta: no real growth yet more resources thrown at it.
Diabetes: Free card or bust. Market shares stagnant or eroding
PCP: Bevespi...really? Symbicort facing a generic Advair and a triple therapy by mid-year.
Brand teams: Full of "yes" men and women who got there because they were that way and expect all that are beneath them to act in accordance.

700 in December was just the most recent of several already having happened. Expect a lot more. If you can get on the benralizumab team or Oncology (ain't gonna happen w/o Onc experience) then your days are truly numbered.

AZ has become a cancer and it spread quickly.

Unfortunately, NO chance of any internal reps getting into those spots.AZ is looking at external candidates ONLY for those areas. Consider your days numbered.

First DM "Early Retires" and now TB is going to "resign for another opportunity".

AZ has a bright future if ONC pipeline pans out. A lot of potential revenue where you do not need to employee 1,000's of reps. Unfortunately, most of us won't be around to enjoy it.

For those of you who voted tricky trump, the industry is about to implode.

Newsflash, this industry imploded a long time ago and we did it to ourselves. Customers have been screaming at us for years to stop the madness but we continue to send more people into offices that already refuse to see a single rep. People stopped buying VCRs years ago too but you didn't see Sony or Panasonic decide to make more and more of them in an attempt to change the consumer's mind.

Diabetes will be a shit show soon enough. With the ADA endorsing the competition, legally, once MCO reviews come up, how can the insurance company's not put the competition with the CV data in a preferred position?

My question is how does a Regional VP at GSK become the VP of sales at AZ? Does anyone realize that the title at GSK is nothing more than a CBD? No matter we are f'd.

How does anyone become the VP of Sales? Have a look at the lineup since our merger. It looks like a Muppet movie and they were all either forced out, demoted, or pushed into some lame role. Every one of them proved the Peter principle is alive and well at good old AZ.

Who would like to vote for the worst of them all?
