Aegis decreased The commission rate to 3% for accounts over 2 years old, substantially impacting the income of Aegis legacy reps. To be clear, Guy left to sell in a different territory as he was required to do according to his non-compete. If his previous customers also left Aegis, that is their right to do so, they are under no obligation to stay.

Guy is selling in his same territory. He’s in hiding flipping accounts. Guy this is you writing this. Why lie still, every competitor that goes into your accounts knows you flipped to Cordant. Aegis doesn’t have money to sue you so you are good.
