Rotech employees

Does anyone have any idea if there will be locations closures and if so, which ones and when?

Look at your Report Card
There's your answer. They have issued allot of unsatisfactories on PR's
That's step One

They will soon start individual counseling
That's step Two
Soon the reprimands will start
That's step Three
So the answer is right in front of you

Now keep in mind not all of your shortcomings are a direct reflection if your efforts.
This is a serially flawed system. Rotech is the butt of all jokes in other DME companies.
There mismanagement of funds, there inability to lead and direct there employees makes it almost impossible to thrive as a location
Unfortunately none if this matters, you will wear there Scarlet Letter and be held accountable
That what will cost you your job and close your location.

Can we get paid for the week we had to carry over due to not enough staff in the location to allow us to take all our PTO? (If we are one of the ones to lose our job) Losing other days too.

Most times anyone would receive any left over PTO with your pink slip.

As much as people complain about Rotech...it's better than no pay check in most of the areas they cover.

I just heard the list of former Rotech employees is about to grow.

Heard the SE saw a few...but not as far south as FL.

Best of luck to all. Some will look upon it as a much needed mental rest while others who have been living above their means (depending on their pay level & that is very few at location levels) will get adjusted to that UC money in quick order.

Anyone know how many RIFs there were and where? LCMs, CSR's or what? How does Rotech expect us to effectively take care of our patients? People are going to start jumping ship at the first opportunity.

Great question, I am wondering the same thing especially since the location I work at is now in the "LLT phase 2".

What all does LLT do in phase 2?

They are doing ALL of the oxygen tickets, including the maintenance ones. When someone calls and needs a refill , you have to transfer the call to the CSR at LLT, then they will do the ticket. Same thing if a patient comes in the store, you have to call the CSR at LLT tell them so and so is here needing whatever, then wait on the ticket! This is truly the craziest place Ive ever worked at , thats why Im looking for another job lol

That is some of what they do. They schedule deliveries for patients that don't need tanks because they have to fill up your route quota. They have added over ten routine stops per day at my location and patients take one tank or none. Deliveries go up, cost of fuel goes up, this LLT nightmare causes more financial problems than it's worth. It was supposed to save time and money but wastes both and we pay their salary to screw it up. That is what the LLT does.

If they hire the right person to run the LLT, those problems will be short lived.
I know an LCM who would fill the ticket.

Hmmmm sounds as if the "troll" is back and attempting to turn the adult conversation back to his level.

If the current workers are staying...they are going to put up with what is going on. They do get their check come payday. While not a great environment to work in, it's a job.
