Convince me that Rotech values their employees. Not feeling the love.

You'll know when you're flying across the parking lot looking back at a boot.Does anyone have any idea if there will be locations closures and if so, which ones and when?

I just heard the list of former Rotech employees is about to grow.
Can we get paid for the week we had to carry over due to not enough staff in the location to allow us to take all our PTO? (If we are one of the ones to lose our job) Losing other days too.

Anyone know how many RIFs there were and where? LCMs, CSR's or what?
Great question, I am wondering the same thing especially since the location I work at is now in the "LLT phase 2".
Not the capped patients.Anyone know how many RIFs there were and where? LCMs, CSR's or what? How does Rotech expect us to effectively take care of our patients? People are going to start jumping ship at the first opportunity.
That is some of what they do. They schedule deliveries for patients that don't need tanks because they have to fill up your route quota. They have added over ten routine stops per day at my location and patients take one tank or none. Deliveries go up, cost of fuel goes up, this LLT nightmare causes more financial problems than it's worth. It was supposed to save time and money but wastes both and we pay their salary to screw it up. That is what the LLT does.
If they hire the right person to run the LLT, those problems will be short lived.
I know an LCM who would fill the ticket.
