100 % AGREE. I am leaving pharma. It is a disgusting field of smoke and mirrors. No honor. If you believe the kool-aid, you're a newbie or extremely naive or dim. I'm out in 2 weeks and already feel better about my purpose in life and morals.I hope good things for you all but consider how your work/company affects society please. There are more jobs to do that are far more honorable. WWJD...

Again, dumbass, I’m not a rep. There are other roles in this industry, you tool. It’s the depth of your stupidity that is astounding. You brag that you’re stealing from Otsuka, yet you purport to be the moral authority on business ethics. You spew the same inane and idiotic responses to everything. I believe that management understands how we all feel about just how shitty a drug Rexulti is, and offers patients nothing over Abilify. They believe it too but would never admit it. We must all just shut down our collective conscience to sell this vastly overpriced, unnecessary drug and lie to docs everyday. We pervert our relationship with our docs every conversation we have trying to convince them to Rx it. As we all do, I just check samples, get an sig if necessary, and shoot the shit, and leave. At lunches it’s about sports or politics. What a total sham!

it’s all about a paycheck every 2 weeks. We do what we have to do to take care of our families.

So WHAT SPECIFICALLY WOULD YOU TALK ABOUT REXULTI when in front of a provider? And if you can't answer that, do us a favor and STFU! But do your provider a favor, and stay out of his hair!
 








I would be willing to bet that the only time we try and give a half-ass presentation to a doc is when our manager is with us! I never try and talk about this dog! It’s embarrassing for Gods sake! I can’t give them one damn reason to use it over Abilify! We have completely deceived thousands of docs to use this POS! I am truly amazed we sell any of it!
 




















Finally read the Epoch Times article. Basically Rexulti it’s the epitome of a useless, me too drug. The FDA should require head-to-head studies to prove a new drug is superior to drugs already approved in the class. This would eliminate 98% of NDA submissions altogether, and Rexulti would have never bee approved. The big lie we all participated in worked, and Rexulti is somewhat of a success. Credit the reps for that.
 




... and the lack of intelligence of our providers. And of course, the home office is as quiet as a mouse, hoping as few as possible people will notice. The charade must go on!

The HO would never acknowledge the Epoch Times article. It doesn’t matter. Our sales force has managed to fool thousands of doctors with Rexulti giving the false impression it’s better than Abilify or its replacement. We all know it was formulated to offset the loss of Abilify sales when it went generic. Now we are doing it again with agitation. Just curious, how is your relationship with our Alliance Partner Lundbeck reps?
