not hr guy but what happened in mid June you make it sound like it happens every year or something I been here 10 years never had layoffs at the place where I work no idea what your talking about
It's amazing what you miss when you have your nose stuck so far up your bosses derrière. You missed to on a lot of HSP/ABT layoffs and may be suffering from vitamin D deficiency. One thing is for sure and that is that best run corporations regularly do layoffs (that was sarcasm HR GAL)!
Hey HR Guy, if it is true that you initiated your litigation prior to the company being renamed Hospira, then you have not worked at HSP since 2003 or 2004? You haven't been with the company for ten years and did not live through many of the upheavals such as Project Fuel and yet you still see yourself as an expert?
After you got your 70% of $400K, did you find another job or have you been living on the settlement for the last 10 years? If it is the latter, it is nothing to brag about.

Both were paid by Abbott and ON TOP OF THAT there was a 10 FIGURE SETTLEMENT where 30% of THAT went to my attorney The case got complicated and delayed since Abbott announced spin of HPD , and in the end the total cost incurred by Abbott for all legal fees and settlement was $1.8 million do the math I knew about the HPD spin,fuel,and lean in 2002 it was buzzing around Abbott HR years before anybody knew I also have a close contact who remained at company giving me all the info I need along with current memos and emails pertaining to
